Workouts from home are not limited and could include floor exercises, yoga, exercise videos and using home exercise equipment, such as a bands and stationary bicycle.
Mental Stimulation
Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy. Being confined to home for an extended period of time can cause boredom, stress and conflict. Limit the time looking at screens: Don’t rely too heavily on the television and technology. Treat quarantine as an opportunity to do some of those things you never usually have time for, such as board games, craft, drawing and reading. Learn something new! There’s a nearly unlimited number of online classes on websites like edX or Skillshare, whether you want to learn coding or needlepoint.
