    Ultra Boost by Adidas

    shoe

This stable, lightweight running sneaker was recently featured in SELF magazine. With added “boost cushioning,” to the brand’s signature, this shoe will give you a very comfortable hop to your step. This technology makes those long training runs that much more bearable.

    Artichokes for Energy

    artichoke

Instead of searching for that new superfood, hit the reset button and go back to an oldy but goody. To boost overall energy try these spiky-leafed vegetables.  Loaded with magnesium, a mineral vital for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body—including generating energy—this is both a tasty and effective nutritional choice! One medium artichoke provides 77 mg of magnesium (and just 60 calories!). Women on average need 320 mg per day.

    La Roche-Posay Tinted Light Sunscreen

    sunscreen

Safety first! And when it comes to sunblock for the face, finding the combination of  protection and light weight feeling is hard to come by. With this barely there, tinted mineral formula, the skin truly evens out. Tthe superthin fluid is so delicate, you won't believe it's an SPF 50—with semimatte coverage, nonetheless.

The Workout to do : Strength Interval Training

    women-in-gym-class-working-out

No gym is even needed for high intensity weight training. It is a mash up of every basic move you have been doing sense you started hitting the gym. Think squats, lunges, pushups, planks, tricep dips ect. It's also the most inexpensive workout out there as all you need is yourself!

  2. FASHION WEEK STREET STYLE

    images

    NEW YORK

The street style for this season's NYC Fashion Week presented more casual sportswear, color blocking details, wide legged pants, and an array of textures. We've noticed women bundled up in comfortable oversized silhouettes and ditching the constricting skinny jeans.

Women wore comfortable pieces with small athletic details, such as contrast piping down the side of pants, drawstring pants, and even sneakers. Bright colored furs made us forget about the gloomy NYC weather as well as the bold mix of color palettes. Large square pockets in voluptuous outerwear created the illusion of petite women marching around the streets of NYC.

    LONDON

London street style - the home of bold plaids, punky techno colored prints and dare-worthy feminism military had us swooning over almost every look we saw. We love the light yet bold feline pattern on her jacket coupled with boyfriend jeans! Chic and fun!!

    PARIS

Anna Dello Russo in Valentino reminded us that bold colors and textures are a thing of the present. Her gorgeous Valentino dress - like a story book- played with light and dark hughes and reminded us of the statement colors and patterns can make. The sheer arms modernized the garb, making for a mystical sweeping look.

    MILAN

Stiff textured fabrics with a bold embossed sweater and running shoes is the perfect mix of trending activewear with a side of glam. The bold yellow picked back up in the shoes is the perfect punch of brightness needed for this otherwise black outfit. We love the risk in the skirt silhouette and the choice of fabrics.

  3. CRAVE-ROCK-STEP-CARRY- JUMP

    CRAVE THE COAT

    COATS

Our favorite fall accessory is by far the coat. Street style is embellished with whichever look you go for. Above we have the clean cut feminine look sure to make any outfit ladylike.

We also have your classic satorialist double breasted jacket. This jacket in rich hues pulls together your look in smart clean lines.  Finally we have the fun statement faux fur/ fur jacket in bold emerald punches. The idea for all these fall coat trends resonated off the runway this season in the most fashion fun manner.

    ROCK THE ROCKS

    cuffs

Cuff inspired jewelry owned the runway for this fall and winter. It's popping up in stores ranging from both CHANEL to Bauble Bar alike. The variety of different options for the heavy pieces ranges from lights to darks and often feature layers of different bead types, stones and chains. There is something almost old-world that has us truly jumping on board with this season's accessories.

    STEP INTO FALL

    PUMPS

This season designers like Altuzarra and Bottega-Veneta are literally stepping up there game and carving out the term pump into an entirely new meaning. Stylized and super cool versions of the classic black pump, makes these anything but classic. These new pumps have a modern yet feminine take and look great when paired with jeans, and skirts alike. Think effortless and chic when rocking this fun new take on the pump's newest cousin.

    CARRY COUTURE

    BAG

Art for the arm, the perfect bag can change your day, and in this case, your season. For fall we are excited by the bags that transition from day to night. Wether you want a painted piece of perfection or a tweed masterpiece, we are loving Cavalli, Marni, and Dolce & Gabbana to name just a few.

    JUMP INTO JEANS

    JEANS

Fancy jeans - no more. Today it is impossible to imagine a wardrobe without the beloved jean. Denim trends gradually move every season from skinny to baggy to embellished and back. Like sportswear, jeans are always evolving and taking on a new face. This keeps them current and us having fun in them. However, this season won’t offer a variety of models; we are seeing heavy on the "boyfriend" jean. We are loving the multi colored  loose-fitting, slip-on styles that couple with with a high belt and a rolled trouser leg.
