All of our fabrics are high-quality, technical and performance enhancing. We only use high quality nylon, lycra and spandex textiles from Brazil and Japan. Our knitwear is made from Italian cashmere and merino yarn that is washable, quick-drying and durable. 

We source manufacturers and suppliers from all around the world. All of our L’Etoile Sport clothes are designed by our own New York based design team. 

All of our clothes have washing guidelines on the garment. 

Ordering

Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash. 

We do try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. We understand this can be frustrating, so when this happens we will try our best to offer you another choice or let you know if it's coming back in stock. 

We want to give you the chance to get your hands on before they come in stock. You won't be able to receive these immediately, but we will give you a clear estimate of how long you have to wait.

Shipping

Standard shipping and handling IS $10 USD. Express shipping is $35 USD, and international is $45 USD.

Please allow 3-8 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping. Please note, during our sale period, shipping times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.

Returns

We are pleased to offer a free US return exchanges on non sale items. 

Please email us at customercare@letoilesport.com for your prepaid return label.

We can exchange an item for an alternative size or another item of the same value. 

Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

No refunds will be given on gifts unless refunded on to the purchaser’s card directly. You can exchange a gift by emailing us at customercare@letoilesport.com
