Return Policy
Items may be returned within two (2) weeks of purchase with receipt for a full refund in the form of payment tendered. Items purchased after two (2) weeks or without a receipt may be returned for store credit and must be used within three (3) months of being issued. All clothing must be returned in “like-new” condition, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Undergarments including bathing suits and underwear are not returnable. Any item retaining odor of smoke, perfume, pets, containing pet hair, or otherwise altered in any way may not be returned. All Returns and Exchanges will be left to the discretion of L’Etoile.
